To open a corporate account with us, we require several documents and information to ensure that we comply with all legal and regulatory requirements. Here are the specific requirements for opening a corporate account:
- Proof of residence of director’s i.e. Utility bill not more than 3 months old. e.g. ZESA, TelOne or Municipality bill
- Copy of national I.D, driver’s licence or valid passport of all Directors
- 2 passport size photos for each of the directors
- Certificate of Incorporation
- CR14/6/5
- CR5
- Memorandum and articles of association
- Tax Clearance Certificate or Tin Certificate
- 3 month's bank statement if banked elsewhere
In addition to these requirements, corporate account holders also enjoy the benefit of free enrollment for Internet Banking, although specific transaction fees will apply.
Our minimum initial deposit for a corporate account is $100, and this account can be opened from any one of our branches nearest to you. It is important to note that all Directors must be present when submitting the Corporate Account form.
