Kindly follow the steps below to cancel your scheduled transaction:

  • Click on transactions
  • Go to view scheduled transactions
  • Enter today’s date (from) and a later date (to)
  • On transaction status, select future date
  • Click search
  • Highlight transaction to be stopped or modified
  • Click stop or modify
  • Enter your transaction password
  • Click stop
  • Click back to list so that you can confirm that the transaction has been stopped
