Immediately block your card using any of the three ways below;
- Dial USSD*241#
- Select option 1 Banking Services
- Enter your four-digit Pin
- Select option 1 which is Account Enquiries
- Select option 9 which is Account/Card services
- Select option 2 to block card
2. NMBConnect App
- Log on to NMBConnect app with your registered mobile number and your four-digit set pin
- Select Profile Icon and a Manage Profile menu will appear
- Select Block / Unblock cards option
- Choose Account number if you have multiple accounts on which card you wish to block
- Select the card listed which you wish to block
