Log on to the NMBConnect App.
Go to Visa Services
Click change pin
Enter old pin
Enter new pin
Confirm new pin
Please note that if you do not remember the pin, kindly engage our support team by forwarding to the email address support@nmbz.co.zw or You may also engage us on our 24hr contact lines to enable your profile to reset on the NMBConnect App ;
