To self-register for Mobile Banking, kindly follow through the steps below to complete the registration process after downloading your NMBMobile App:
Click on create profile
Click on next
Select preferred signup option (card or account)
Enter your ID number in the format (12-3456789A12)
Select your preferred contact (Phone or email)
Enter OTP
Set Pin and confirm pin
Agree with the terms and conditions
Complete registration
Kindly follow the below steps to register on mobile banking on the USSD *241# platf;
Dial *241#, you will be prompted to self-register.
1. Enter your account number starting with 4 zeros 0000310.....
2. Enter your ID number with format 34-096146C34
3. You will be requested to enter a 4 digit pin of your choice
4. Re-enter the pin Once you have done all these steps correctly you will be successfully registered for mobile banking.
NB There would not be any need for you to register on NMB Connect Application, use *241# credentials (mobile number and pin) to log on to the App.
