1. Internet Banking (NMBConnectonline)
  • You can download your bank statement using our internet banking NMBConnect online you can access through the following link: https://www.nmbconnectonline.co.zw/nmbconnectonline/

       To download your bank statement, you can follow the below steps:

  • Log on to NMBConnectonline with your log in username and password
  • Click the bank statement tab
  • Select the account number
  • Select the period which you require your statement
  • Click download statement.

 

  1. Mobile banking (NMBConnect app)

       You can also download your statement using NMBConnect app you can access and download on Google Playstore or              istore

  • Log on to NMBConnect app with your mobile number and your four digit set pin
  • Enter Mobile banking pin number 
  • Click on bank statements tab on the main dashboard
  • Select Account number if you do have multiple accounts
  • Select the period that you require the statement for
  • Click on refresh to view statement transactions
  • Click on download to download the statement
