You can make an internal transfer  using one of our online platforms: 


1. NMBConnect App

NMB Connect Application which one downloads from the Google Play or iOs App Store if they do not have the application on the mobile device


  • Click on create profile
  • Click on next
  • Select preferred signup option (card or account)
  • Enter your ID number in the format (12-3456789A12)
  • Select your preferred contact
  • OTP will be send via SMS
  • Enter OTP
  • Set Pin and confirm pin
  • Agree with the terms and conditions 
  • Complete registration
  • Sign into NMB connect 
  • Enter Pin
  • Click into sign in
  • Select the internal transfer option


2. Alternatively, one can enrol for NMBConnect Online, our internet banking using the link below if they             have not already registered, if registered simply login in and follow the steps in bold below;                          https://nmbconnectonline.nmbz.co.zw

    

  • Click on create profile
  • Select preferred signup option (card or account)
  • Enter your account/ card number (to view your account number kindly dial *241# and select option 3)
  • Agree with the terms and conditions box by clicking inside the box
  • Click next
  • Select the OTP receipt option by clicking in the circle suggesting i.e. mobile number or email address
  • Enter mobile number and email address
  • Click submit
  • Add username and password of choice in the field provided
  • Confirm your password and click submit
  • Check for OTP on SMS or email depending on the preference set
  • Enter the OTP
  • Account is successfully created
  • Click on Sign in
  • Press Enter
  • Enter your username and password 
  • Enter OTP send via SMS and email
  • Select the bank transfer option 
  • Select Internal transfer option


3. Alternatively Simply dial *241#


  • Select Option 1 which is mobile banking
  • Enter your pin
  • Select option 2 which is account enquiries
  • Select option 3 which is internal transfers
